从事动物遗传育种与繁殖，主要研究方向为家禽遗传育种、功能基因挖掘及分子调控机制的研究

主讲本科生《家禽生产学》、《动物生产综合实验》、《动物生产实习》等课程。

以第一作者和通讯作者在《plos genetics》《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》《Poultry Science》等主流期刊发表学术论文余篇，其中SCI 6篇。
